Why create an account?
An account lets you build a wishlist, save shipping addresses, store payment methods securely, and track every order from placement to doorstep. You'll also receive early access to selected releases and updates.
Forgot your password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on any login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new one — check your spam folder if it doesn't appear shortly.

How do I place an order?
Browse by collection or category, refine by color or silhouette, and add pieces to your bag. When ready, complete checkout with your shipping, billing, and payment details.
Sizing
Our collections include womenswear and unisex silhouettes. If the size you need isn't currently listed, reach out — we're open to custom size enquiries.

Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, and select buy-now-pay-later options (including Klarna and PayPal Pay Later).
All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store card details, and billing information must match payment authorization details.
Order confirmation
After checkout, you'll receive an order receipt by email. A second email containing shipment confirmation and tracking information is sent once your order is prepared for dispatch.
Pre-orders & backorders
Pre-orders ship within approximately 8 weeks from order confirmation. Backorders typically take 1–5 weeks. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
All pre-order and backorder items are clearly marked on their product pages.
Personalized pieces
Selected pieces can be personalized. Please allow up to 5 weeks from order confirmation. Personalized items may ship separately from the rest of your order.
Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Cancelling or changing an order
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. For security reasons, we're unable to change items, shipping addresses, or billing details after placement, though we'll always try to help where possible.
Rates & timelines
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 7–10 business days prior to dispatch. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–6 business days, and international delivery within 5–15 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by carrier or region. Import duties, VAT, or customs fees applied by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check order status anytime on our Order tracking page.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most international destinations. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Return policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll review it carefully. Quality remains important to us.
Care & Continuation
In cases of verified loss in transit, confirmed theft during delivery, or structural failure present upon arrival, a garment may be eligible to return to the Maison. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not a guarantee of replacement.
Change through wear, aging, fading, or use is not considered an interruption.
