Care & Continuation

Thousand Petaled garments are not preserved in a fixed state.

They are released into wear, where change is expected and design completes itself over time.

Care & Continuation defines the conditions under which a garment may re-enter the Maison system after its release.

It exists to address interruptions — not to preserve condition, and not to reverse time.

Interruptions include verified loss in transit, confirmed theft during delivery, or structural failure present upon arrival.

Change through wear, aging, fading, or use is not considered interruption.

In select cases, a garment may be replaced or reissued once, subject to availability within the original release system.

This is a discretionary act of continuation, not a guarantee of replacement.

Principle

What is released is not preserved. What is interrupted may be continued once, at the Maison’s discretion.
