At Thousand Petaled, we merge physical craftsmanship with emerging digital mediums. Our visual universe—including campaign films, digital editorial spreads, hero imagery, and brand artwork—is produced using a hybrid digital practice involving generative artificial intelligence (AI), 3D rendering engines, and high-fidelity digital editing.
Unless explicitly identified otherwise, all human models, performers, and figures appearing across our imagery, video campaigns, and promotional media are synthetically generated AI entities.
2. Model & Synthetic Performer Disclosure
2.1 Synthetic Talent
The performers and figures featured in our visual media do not represent real-world living individuals, except where explicitly noted (such as authorized digital clones/twins of the brand’s founder). Any resemblance between synthetic entities and real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
2.2 Mature & Artistic Content Notice
Certain editorial campaigns, art spreads, and magazine visuals across Thousand Petaled or its affiliated publications may feature partial nudity, human forms, or avant-garde artistic concepts. All such figures and forms are 100% synthetically generated. No real human models were photographed, depicted, or exploited in the creation of mature or artistic imagery.
2.3 Ethics & Likeness Protection
A Delightful Concept, LLC d/b/a Thousand Petaled does not train models on unauthorized biometric scans, private individual data, or protected likenesses without express legal consent. All synthetic talent is rendered from scratch through proprietary prompts, creative art direction, and digital synthesis.
3. Product Representation & Garment Accuracy
We distinguish between Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Creative Editorial/Campaign Imagery.
3.1 Product Detail Pages & Shop Imagery
- In-House Processing: All physical garments feature original brand artwork, with individual pieces screen printed, hand-painted, embroidered, and/or hand-cut in-house.
- Digital Fitting Workflow: Product images on our store pages utilize photography of physical hanging garments integrated onto synthetic models using specialized image-synthesis techniques. Every rendered image is thoroughly evaluated, manually adjusted, and color-checked to ensure the digital representation reflects the physical product’s fit, drape, texture, and silhouette as accurately as technology permits.
- Artisan Variations: Because garments are individually hand-altered and finished in-house, minor physical variations in print placement, embroidery, or open-cut distressing will occur compared to digital renderings.
3.2 Campaign Imagery & Visual License
Hero banners, split-panel campaign films, and creative editorial spreads (including Lavender Strawberry, Leopard Cowgirls, and Backyard VHS) serve artistic and narrative storytelling purposes. In these creative contexts:
- Garments may display artistic license, such as exaggerated cropping, alternate logo placement (e.g., displaying a logo on the right sleeve in a campaign shot for visual composition, whereas the production piece features left-sleeve placement), or unique styling.
- Customers should refer strictly to the Product Detail Pages for exact production specifications, cut dimensions, and logo placements prior to ordering.
4. Fictional Works & Publications (LOTUS & Alice)
4.1 Literary & Editorial AI Collaboration
Thousand Petaled publishes creative editorial and fictional journals, including Alice in Thousand Petaled and LOTUS. These works are conceived, authored, or co-authored in collaboration with artificial intelligence tools.
4.2 Disclaimer of Fictional Entities
As outlined in our dedicated LOTUS Disclaimer, all narratives, character names (including Alice, Sam, Terror Gang, and Éclat Forty), storefront depictions (such as Maison Mille Pétale), and storyline events appearing within our journals or fictional publications are entirely fictitious. Mentions of real or fictional brand elements within these stories do not constitute factual representations, endorsements, or physical location disclosures.
